EnduranceFocused training. Measurable work. A stronger recruiting signal.

Is your cyclist’s training built around their individual goals—or just the team calendar?

Team programs are not the most effective path for YOUR cyclist. Our custom training plans increase your cyclist’s chance of success at a college scholarship.

A clear training signal

Every watt should have a purpose.

Cycling rewards patient development. We connect each session to performance, then adjust the work to the athlete—not the other way around.

  1. 01See what is limiting performance. Current fitness, position, pacing and recent ride data reveal the clearest opportunities.
  2. 02Train with intention. A custom plan balances aerobic development, threshold work, power, strength and recovery.
  3. 03Read the result. Power, heart-rate and ride analysis turn the data into the next smart adjustment.

Coaching now, or full tuition later. One costs a fraction of the other — start with the $3 trial before November 13.

Coach Credibility

Meet Coach Frank

Frank walked on to the Division I Syracuse University Men’s Rowing Program and brings 15 years in endurance sport to every assessment and training plan. His approach is grounded in structured work, race-tested discipline and measurable progress. He still competes in endurance events and rowing regattas.

Why is a rower coaching cycling? There are very similar training style overlaps between rowing and cycling. Frank brings years of knowledge and experience in physical training, mindset, strategy, and technique. All of which play a role in helping your high school athlete get faster.

Straight answers

Before you start.

Who do you coach?

High school cyclists in 10th–12th grade. Priority is given to younger athletes because more tailored coaching time supports gradual improvement and safer development.

Is this a college recruiting service?

No. This is performance coaching: assessment, custom training-plan development, form review, and ride and testing analysis. The goal is to help a cyclist build the performance that can strengthen their college opportunities.

What is included in Basic Coaching?

A custom cycling plan, pedal-stroke and riding-position assessment, 20-minute power-test analysis, ongoing ride-data analysis, plus strength and pre-ride activation coaching for $277 per month.

What does Premium add?

Premium includes everything in Basic, plus one check-in meeting per month, one cycling-form video review per month, and a mindset webinar on racing and mental preparation for $577 per month.

How does the 2-Week Power Gain System work?

The promise is stronger 20-minute power in two weeks or your money back. The athlete must complete all assigned training-plan sessions at the prescribed pace or effort.

Scholarship Readiness Score

Enter your teen’s 20-minute power numbers, body weight, and age to see how their current power-to-weight benchmark compares with the research-based ranges used by this quiz.

Turn a power test into a useful next step.

This score weighs best 20-minute power per kilogram, recent form, and recruiting runway. The W/kg ranges are reasoned estimates from published junior cycling data—not official scholarship cutoffs. Race results, academics, and each college program’s needs also matter.

  • 80–100Strong position
  • 60–79Competitive progress
  • 40–59Developing
  • Below 40Early stage
What is your teen's gender?
“Prefer Not to Say” uses a neutral 4.0 W/kg reference between the two research-based ranges.

Enter the highest average watts achieved in a full 20-minute test.
Enter body weight in pounds. The quiz converts it to kilograms for the W/kg calculation.
This score is designed for high school recruiting ages 14–18.

Ask what each college actually funds.

Cycling scholarship structures differ by program. Do not assume that one school’s award model, team status, or funding applies to another.

Start with the cycling program

Confirm the opportunity

  1. Ask whether cycling is institution-sponsored or club-based.
  2. Confirm whether cycling-specific scholarships are available.
  3. Ask who controls the award: athletics, admissions, the cycling program, or an outside foundation.
  4. Request the award amount, renewal requirements, and number of years covered in writing.
Build the complete aid picture

Compare the net cost

  1. Combine any cycling support with academic, merit, and need-based aid.
  2. Compare the full cost of attendance—not tuition alone.
  3. Ask whether travel, equipment, race entry, and team dues are covered.
  4. Recheck every offer directly with the college before making a decision.

Why there are no school-by-school cycling award figures here: Cycling support can vary by college and program, so the school’s cycling program and financial-aid office are the right sources for current award details.
